Full reference check to be carried out on the tenant (and a guarantor check if required).
Preparation of the tenancy agreement and all other relevant documents.
For an extra £100.00+VAT in this package we can offer a full inventory/schedule of condition and to hold the bond in a protected scheme, this would also include to check the tenant in and out of the property.
FULLY MANAGED PACKAGE

Moving the tenant in and out of the property.
Arranging yearly gas checks and 5 yearly electrical inspection condition reports.
Contacting Darlington council, Northumbria water and gas and electricity suppliers to inform them of the change of tenancy.
Property inspections.
We have an out of hours contact number, for any issues which may arise.
We handle any disputes which may occur at the end of the tenancy.
